Hiya - great thread!
I'm looking forward to waking up and NOT thinking "today I will stick to my diet" - but instead realising I'm at goal and how well I've done and then go to my wardrobe that will be full of clothes that fit. In gerneal, a whole new appreciation of life.
I've noticed so far that;
*I can bend down and wash my car wheels with ease
*i can walk fast - very light jog
*I can bring my foot upto my head to itch my ankle (was in bed and had an itch in the night lol)
*I'm no longer bloated
*I've not got fluid on my knees/ankles
*my skin is looking brighter & healthy & acne clearing up
*in public loos, I don't scrape/sit on the sanitary towel bin
*my size 16s are hanging off me, can pull them down with the button & zip closed. (started diet indenial thinkin I was an 18 - more like 20/22, I just squeezed myself into 18s - not a good look!!)
*My tastes have changed -I now like black coffee with sweetner
The list goes on................!!
