What are you using your Healthy Extra's for today..?

hex a - 3 skinny cappuccinos from Nespresso machine (300ml skimmed milk)
hex b - 1 tbsp seeds and 8 almonds
 
Hex A-350ml skimmed milk
Hex B-35g Oats
 
Hi, I've just come back to SW but am going it alone due to working shifts. The new books (bought off ebay) don't mention green days which were what worked for me. Where can I get a list of updated green healthy extras apart from my dodgy memory. Thanks xx
 
I seem to be mostly using cheese for my option A. I'm only on day 4, but cheddar cheese has been my healthy extra every day so far. I got some milk earlier to switch it around a bit, but the cheese has offset my habit of slathering butter on mindlessly! So far I've had it plain with pickled onions, mixed in to mash instead of using butter and sprinkled it over my scrambled eggs.

Cheese + Fruit n Fibre today (not together :) )
