Mmmm just had the ice cream (is actually a dairy milk bliss hazlenut ice-cream) absolutely gorgeous! Can see them being a lovely summer treat, especially if I can pick more up from farmfoods for the price I paid

12.5g Anchor light cream (1)
1 tbsp Hellmans Lighter than light mayo (0.5)
Jacobs Baked Oddities (5.5)

Still saving syns for the weekend so mikado sticks again 10 for 5 syns

2 egg yolks
300ml semi skimmed milk
4 tablespoons artificial sweetener
2 teaspoons cornflour
Few drops of vanilla essence

Bring the milk to a simmer in a pan. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, combine the eggs, sweetener, cornflour and vanilla essence.

Tip the milk into the bowl with the other ingredients. Combine these together and strain back into the saucepan.

Heat the custard through, whisking constantly, until it begins to thicken.

This recipe should serve 4 so only 1 syn and some of your HEA milk per serving!

They're lovely only half a syn each and you can get lots of different ones. I have diam at the moment, but I think my favourite are the white choc, you can also get milk chocolate, hazlenut and I think dark chocolate
