2 on peanut butter. 0.5 spread. A bite of my daughter's biscuit she made at holiday club so maybe 2 to be on the safe side. I'm making spaghetti bolagnaise for tea so should be full from that for tonight. Might just have a 2 syn hot choc after the kids are in bed!

Some chocolate - I'm fancying one of the little ALDI one's I think for 6 syns, if I feel peckish later and the free food doesn't cut it I also have some beetroot or carrot chips for 3 syns each a bag
Brown sandwich thin (5.5 syns) used to make the steak bake I’m having for lunch and an alpen light bar. I could try an sp day but I’m having banana and yogurt with my breakfast so I can’t
