What are you using your syns on today?

4.5 on hoops & crosses
I've been syning these as 4 along with baked stars & special K cracker crisps, but I've seen on this thread every1 says 4.5. I thought it would only be 4.5 if they were 90 kcals, but they're only 85 kcals. Oh well maths was never my strong point, lol.
3 syns on 2 x 85g tins of WW tuna in tomato sauce.
Dinner is going to be Pete's tikka masala (I'd be lost without his recipes) so 1 syn for 75ml of yeo valley bio yoghurt.
& 1.75 syns for half a tbsp of cornflour.
0.5 Greek muller light
Then a caramel highlights in the evening, 2 syns.
A total of 12.75. However, I'm really scared cos most of the time I find if I have more than 7 syns I put weight on the next day. Can be as much as 2lbs then I have to cut back to 4 syns per day for the rest of the week. I've started following the 8 hour diet rules in conjunction with doing slimming world. I only eat in an 8 hour slot, so because I have my dinner at 8pm I follow the rule of having 2 glasses of water within 2 hours of rising, then I just have a highlights hot choc at 10am, eat breakfast at 12 (2 alpen light), have lunch at 13.30, no caffeine after 4pm & then snacks until dinner. The aim is to have a 16 hour period without food. I find this way I can have more than 7 syns per day.

Well today's Syns reads like this:

Cadbury caramel (from a multipack) (10)
Tilda Mexican bean and chilli rice (2.5)
Splash of SS milk (1)
Extra reduced fat cheddar (4)
Curly Wurly (6)

23.5 :( day before WI as well :(
 
1 on extra light mayo
1 on 70% less salad cream
5 on taste panel (part of my job so i allocate 5 a day)
5 freddo
3 soya yoghurt

15 total yay

the sw website shows the prawn ones are 4 and the others are 4.5 although it does show them all as 4.5 in the magazine!
i've been going with the website lol x

my syns are 9.5 for the day:
0.5 on scan bran cake
4 on prawn hoops and crosses
5 on an aero biscuit

Discovered that the Summer Berry Compote in my Graze box needs eating today so an extra 6.5 Syns making 25 in total.
Must add tho that the Summer Berry Compote is delicious!!
