mum used a packet of seasoning for chilli, so had 3 syns on that and 2 syns on mikado sticks

Crush 9 ryvita up so they basically into crumbs!
Put 4 tablespoons of Nutella in the microwave to melt!
Mix together and put into bite size cake cases!
Some people use weetabix or scan bran but I prefer ryvita gives it a crunch

No probs hun! Make sure the ryvita are crushed right up! You need to get about 20 sweets out of the mixture to make it 1 syn! First time I made them I got about 7 they ryvita was still in big bits haha :/
