I'm trying very hard to get my head in gear and thought I would come and have a browse and see if I can find some inspiration here with you all.
Today so far I have tried to get myself back on it and have decided to try and include most of my syns in my meals, thought I'd give this a go for a week and see if it helps any.
So so far I have used 1.5 syns in the form of a Actimel on my banana and melon for breakfast. 2 syns in my Spaghetti Carbonara in the form of parmesan and then we are having Beef Stroganoff for tea, so thought I could spurge on some LF Sour cream xxx
