For lunch I had vegetable curry made out of Cauliflower, mushrooms, vegetable soup pack and curry powder. It was really nice
I used 1tsp curry powder, about 100ml of water into the veg soup pack but you can use less or more depending how thick/runny you want the "curry sauce". Boiled the cauli and mushrooms then poured the curry sauce over them and mixed it until all was coated.

Ohhh that sounds yummy! I would try it but don't have any soups

I haven't made any lately, been lazy (I prefer them cooked in the oven than the microwave)
