What do you do with alpen light bars??

I am going to try this with for a pudding idea - layers of alpen lights, banana and yoghurt. YUM! x
 
After reading this I've been warming them in a non-stick pan over a very low heat while we eat the first course, then they're just ready and warm to crumble on top of 0% greek yoghurt with fruit. It's great - thanks for the ideas!
