I made a list of these kind of things before I started to motivate me, I carry it around in my bag and get it out whenever I feel the food cravings coming on!
Some of them are:
I look forward to not worrying that people think I'm pregnant because of my big belly
I'm looking forward to not being the 'fat' one of my friends or in the office
Really looking forward to going swimming with my boys without feeling incredibly self-consicous, and to start going cycling as a family
My engagement doesn't fit me at the moment, and instead of getting it resized I'm keeping it as motivation to lose weight, can't wait for it to fit me again!
and the most important one is that I'll be a better example to my sons, and they'll be proud of me as they grow up rather than embarrassed to have a fat mum.
