I'm good ta jade!!

Had a fab holiday and my weigh in before I went was a sts.

I was off the gluten free diet whilst I was away and paying the price now as majority bloated but back on track today!

So today went like this....

Breakfast - none

Lunch - homemade soup, mullerlight and Pom bear crisps (3.5)

Dinner - 2 gluten free burgers (free on extra easy) with salad. Dressing (2.5).

Snack - wispa (10.5)

Total syns - 16

Wee bit over today but not too concerned :)
 
Breakfast - 5 gluten free oatcakes with cheese filler

Lunch - salad with ham and cheese (he a) dressing (2.5)

Dinner - gluten free pasta meal from tesco , strawberries and cream (2), Pom bears (3.5)

Snack - wispa (10.5)

Didn't count syns properly today but scales are playing nice so far! Weigh in will be next week as working backshift today!

I slept thru weigh in today but looked on home scales and seen this :)

Hope it's as even bigger step into 17's come Thursday when I'm back to my normal class :)
