Yes i love going to aerobics, and even just losing those 16lb's i can do so much more, its great.
By the way happy birthday, i did not read your message properly about going to pizza hut for your birthday.

Having an early start to the day as i woke up at 3.30! how anoying.
Oh well onwards we go, weighin day tomorrow eeeeK!

I got a lie in this morning (not rubbing it in, honestly!) my son decided to sleep til 9am, which is almost unheard of.

Today's meals are pretty much all planned out:

Breakfast: Cornflakes. Didn't even have time for a coffee before I went out, boo.
Lunch: Somerfield Healthy Choice chicken noodles. Feel like a quick, easy, warming lunch. And these are only 223 cals. Will also have a banana and a kiwi. Not had kiwi for ages!
Dinner: Having chicken breast with Philadelphia extra light spread in the middle and cooked in a tomato sauce, served with cous cous. Never made it before but it sounds lovely, got the recipe off the philly website.

Total after this will be 868! I've not had time today for a morning snack - plus I was up a bit late for one. So I'll have something mid-afternoon so I don't end up eating tonnes this evening.
 
I seem to be having very little interest in food today.
Breakfast - two slices of toast. Around 200 calories (normal bread, a wee bit of spread).
Lunch - Ham sammich - 250 calories.
Dinner best be about 800 calories! LOL

Hubby is cooking a light seafood tagliatelli tonight so going to have a little later on.
 
For crisps, I swear by the Walkers Baked ones, they are all 100 cals a bag, and they taste so good! I'm not keen on the supermarket own brands, but they're usually only a couple pennies extra for the proper walkers ones. The cheese n onion ones are just like the normal crisps!

Anyway, I took today off work, and after a sleepless night due to the dog barking at nothing at all, woke up to a mega huge pile of bacon sandwiches - 380 cals!!

Then had a slice of carrot cake, from Asdas GFY range - 85 cals
And a WW Thai Red Curry ready meal - 342. That was SO LUSH!! Its been a while since I was in the supermarket and saw something and thought MUST...HAVE...THAT..!! It was so delicious, I love thai food!

So that is 807 for the day. Think I will possibly have some cheese on toast a bit later, mmhmm :)
 
Where I work we have vending machines and no nearby shops. So we're stuck with what's in the machine. Still, that means I had 250 calories of McCoy's :D

I've not had McCoy's in ages. One night when I have enough cals left over I may have some.

Still waiting on dinner being ready, had a visitor just before I was about to put it on, gah! I'm starving.
 
Oh lordy, what a hectic day! And I'm so stressed out about my interview tomorrow, my stomach's churning. Wish it was over with! It's actually a pre-interview test type thingy, so even once it's over I've still got the 'real' interview looming next week! :argh:

b - Oats so simple golden honey 210 & slice of WW white danish toasted 75 = 285
l - ham salad sandwich 270, yoghurt 75, apple 50 = 395
d - chicken chargrill 200, baked potato 205 with cottage cheese 25, peas 40, salad 10 = 455

1135 so far. Wondering if I can just hide under the duvet tomorrow... :jelous:

oops not enough, my dinner was really low in cals i didnt realise until i worked it out, and then i had to go out so not had time to have anything else, and dont really want to eat before bed, ah well do better tomorrow.

oooo and its my WI day today, i lost 3.4lbs, i am really happy with it seen as i am aiming for 1-2lbs a week, i am well chuffed. i have made a few changes to my diet though, i dont drink squash now just 2 litres plain water and maybe a hot choc, and i try not to eat any main meals or carbs after 6.30pm.

i am having a homemade takaway tomorrow, i am sooooo looking forward to it, pizza and chips mmmmmmmm making it myself so aiming for 600 cals or under for a slice of the pizza and a few chips. cant wait mmmm.

Still not had breakfast this morning, I'm on a go-slow. Not sure what I want to have, hmmm. Maybe scrambled egg on toast.

Breakfast: Scrambled egg on toast, coffee
Lunch: Weight Watchers tomato soup, chicken salad sandwich
Snack: Strawberries (100g) kiwi fruit
Dinner: Co-op Chinese chicken curry with rice

Brings me to 1086 for the day, and will have some snacks in the evening.

I am not weighing in today because i eat a pasta dish really late last night and felt bloated when i got up so I am going to weighin tomorrow morning.

Thanks Jo, I'm feeling alot better about myself, even being 2 stone down, it'll be a long journey!

Having to re-think my menu for today. Off out bowling tonight, and we're going to TGI Friday's. At least the bowling will burn off calories!
 
I'm thinking the safest thing on the menu (we've changed restaurants...again!) will be a chargrilled marinated chicken salad. The menu doesn't say *what* the marinate is...but hoping it's not too bad. Only going to have a had just over 600 calories before dinner, which leaves 900. Och, I should be fine.
 
Oh have a good time lou, I'm off to a jewellery party tonight, so a couple of glasses of veno will definately be on the menu:p

I'm back from my interview, it was okay I think. Time to start getting nervous about the second one now! They're letting me know on Monday if I get a 2nd round.

I am absolutely ravenous, luckily I've saved up enough cals for a bit of a blow out for dinner, which will be roast chicken breast with lower fat oven chips, salad, bread & spread for making a chip butty. Yummy! 1070 total for main meals...
