Summer vegetable and blue cheese bake from the newest SW magazine
I couldnt find any 'Laughing cow deli light with blue cheese' although it sounds really good! ...so I just made 'vegetable bake' which made it syn free! I had it on its own and it was gorgeous (I love roasted veg, it has peppers, courgettes etc in it) but it would also be nice served with a salad, which is how I'm planning to eat the rest later
