As if I started this thread five years ago... Today I'm eating all the rubbish in my cupboards ready for my first weigh in at SW tomorrow morning!! Just eaten the last few squares of milky bar... xxx
Breakfast omlette with baby leaf spinach, ham, mushrooms and red onion. Full now to the point of feeling a bit ick. I don't even like omlette particularly but it's so easy.
Baked oats with frozen summer berries, fresh strawberries and a nectarine. Washed down with a large glass of water and a hazelnut coffee. Absolutely stuffed now!
Egg and chilli cheese on toasted hovis nimble bread. Not sure if chilli cheese is classed as a HEA but theres less cheese in if chilli peppers are added.
