2 slices of toast (1 wm and 1 white so HEB), scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and baked beans followed by a banana and cup of tea (HEA for milk used plus 1 syn for low fat marg used on toast)
If was yummy and will hopefully keep me full till dinner tonight
Large salad topped with lots if superfree extras and chicken breast and a little pasta. Drizzles with my new fave 70% reduced fat salad cream..perfect 1 syn lunch!!!!!
Some rather gloopy haricot/veg soup I found in the fridge and some defrosted berries. I think I shall live. But will put together something rather more interesting for supper!!
