stuffed peppers and mash. milk from my allowance and I added 1/2 a teaspoon of real butter. peppers stuffed with extra lean beef, green beans, onion, garlic, more pepper, carrot, parsnip and mushrooms.
made enough stuffed peppers so i have some for lunch tomorrow, and
made enough of the savoury mince so that tomorrow I can just chuck some tomatoes on it tomorrow and make a spag bol, meaning one box of ex lean beef has done 6 adult meals, making it not as horrendous in price. oh, and about 1/2a syn worth of gravy. just to dampen the mince.
I would have added cheese and gone half and half on my hea (i know, not *technically* allowed), but I decided to forgo the cheese and have a cocoa later on.
