I gave into a craving so I've just had a ham sarnie made with white crusty french stick followed by jelly (sf) and ice cream (lactofree).
I know it's terrible, but I have been craving that combination of foods for over a week and intend to be good for the rest of the day!

the mayo in the coleslaw by portion and the tiny bit of mayo i had on the side, it would be about a syn and a half, but i didn't have all of my coleslaw so I'm saying a syn.
