Think the link might be 'syn free wraps?' or google discover mung bean wraps for the original blog they are basically soaked mung beans made into wraps ( bit tricky to make a first need a tad practice) v gorgeous! SW never got back on if they were food abuse ( I'll just get that in before some clever clogs does lol) but I have been doing SW long enough to use my common sense and this was part of a meal which basically consisted of veg, chicken and mung beans! I def say give them a go! I love them I also add a tad of chilli to the batter
