Wow thanks ermintrude, I am ashamedly a fussy eater.. but that curry looks lovely!
Hadn't really thought about adding small amounts of different vegetables into meals; I always feel like I should be adding full onions/whole cabbages/huge packets of mushrooms etc. into meals to get my superfree!
