So far have had a banana, an apple and an orange the size of my head! Nearly dinner time and I'll be having pasta with mushrooms, red onion, half a yellow pepper and chopped tomatoes. Yummy!
All of these things do I have calories in them. If I am not hungry should I force myself to eat them? Or just eat them when I feel hungry? Do they help u Lose weight?
Superfree should be your first choice when snacking. The fundamental rule of slimming world is eat when hungry, stop when full. You shouldn't be forcing yourself to eat anything. This is another reason why the superfree should be eaten before or with a meal so it fills you up and you stop when full thus getting less higher calorie foods. X
