2 slices wm toast (hexb) with 3syns of reduced fat peanut butter, topped with sliced banana and blueberries on the side. One of my favourites but haven't had it for ages!
Frenh toast with strawberries and honey (2syns) using 2 slices of wholemeal bread (1syn).. I buy adis bread and each slice weighs 33g so i syn the extra 6g. Was deeeeeelish!!!
Bulgur wheat porridge sliced banana vanilla and a teaspoon of agave nectar. The agave is £1 at asda at the mo and it's SO sweet and really tasty!!! 13.7 cals per teaspoon but I don't know if that 1/2 a syn or a whole syn lol. Worth it either way as it's fab!!
