I often have my hubbys amazing syn free fruit salad. It just tastes amazing and I can eat it by the bucketload. Would love it with a muller light but they are unavailable here.

bacon medallions, sorta fried egg and slice of toast with a teaspoon of ketchup (must look up the syns!)
So this was my first SW fried egg, I used frylight, then at the end added a bit of water and put a lid over the pan so the top kind of steamed (normally I'd spoon a bit of hot oil over the yolk to cook the top of it). It turned out pretty good, am sure i can get better at that technique!

Porridge made with 175ml skimmed milk with cinnamon and blueberries. My favourite breakfast.
