Am I doing something wrong re magic porridge?? I measure my 35g allowance, mix in a fat free yoghurt ensuring everything is coated, cover in cling film and leave in fridge over night.
When I eat it in the morning I find it doesn't look much different than it did the night before and it still has that raw and chalky taste.
Advice please?
