two sainsburys extral lean cumberland sausages (1syn) lean bacon x 3 two wholemeal small toast (heb) poached egg and dry fried tomatoes. Bloody gorgeous. only wished i had cooked for breakfast yesterday so that i could have had it again today ;-)

I made a scan bran cake and this is the result:

Quite tasty and I served with 12.5g Anchor light cream for 1 Syn.
The cake itself worked out at 3.5 Syn for the whole cake!!!
Used 5 scan bran as a HEXB, 3 eggs, sweetener, 1 tbsp cocoa powder for 1 Syn, 1 tbsp Golden syrup for 2.5 Syns and 2 tbsp DE hazelnut coffee
