do you have the exact recipe please. How long do you cook it for?

Had half a canteloupe melon and 2 slices of wm toast with flora light :)

Scan bran chocolate & coffee cake

5 Scan bran (HEXB or 5 Syns)
3 eggs
Sweetener (I just chucked it in, lots of it!)
1 tbsp cocoa powder (1 Syn)
1 tbsp golden syrup (2.5 Syns)
2 tbsp DE hazelnut coffee (can use any coffee you like)

1. Soak scan bran in boiling water to soften it. Drain and mash.
2. Add all ingredients and mix well
3. Pour into a microwaveable dish and cook for 7 mins on high
4. Cake should be spongy to touch and should have separated from the sides of dish.

3.5 Syns for whole cake if using scan bran as a HEXB.

I served it with 12.5g (which is quite a lot!) of Anchor light real cream for 1 Syn.

I had 1/2 the cake for breakfast and I'm still full!!

You can actually- I think I may use a Cadbury highlight hazelnut sachet next time to give it more of a hazelnut taste.
I shall be experimenting!!

My first experience of scan bran and better than I thought- esp as I can tell people I had cake for brekkie!!

Thanks very much. will be making this on wednesday after been to group. Do you dissolve the coffee or add it straight in?

Porridge with coconut option (2 syns) and 100ml of milk from allowance, slice of melon and a couple of fresh apricots.

I just put it straight in but I don't think it matters either way.

One word of warning tho- it makes you very thirsty!!
 
SE today so had a whole punnet of grapes, a ML choc and vanilla yogurt and a HiFi choc orange bar (HEXB x1)
