Whats for breakfast?

Have decided I'm doing a green day today, so I had syn free mullerlight rice...quite tasty

I don't think these are free? Hope I'm wrong but the normal ones are 11.5 syns and light ones are about 6 syns. Really do hope I'm wrong because I'll be buying them if I am!

i find magic porridge does really fill me up, if u add something extra like banana or apple or something it does even more! i had same old weetabix with milk and raspberries are weetabix minis a hex? is so which ones? xxx

Juicy- it's 28g of any weetabix minis & a ryvita wholegrain.

I had 2 fried eggs, on a slice of toast with Mushies and scallions. Then a grapefruit!

My husband just made us, Linda mcartney sausages, mushrooms, boiled eggs, tinned toms and beans!!! It was amazing, very full now, sipping on an earl grey tea ;0)

Hi vic, sorry maybe my writing was misleading. it wasn't a mullerice, I boiled some rice, then stirred in a mullerlight yoghurt - I had mine warm, but chilling it would be quite like the mullerice pots

Ooooh wow, that sounds nice!

I did the Heston recipe for waitrose this morning- on EE- boiled eggs with girdled asparagus spears wrapped in smoked salmon and it was rather lush!

Tomorrow, I'm looking forward to it already, bacon medallions, poached egg, mushroom, tomatoes and toast (hexb)
