Slept in so nothing :-( I have some Alpen bars at work so will grab one of those and a banana from the fruit stall. Got lunch ready last night luckily so the day should go ok.

Thanks for the rice pudding instructions, xmisskx! My SW rice puddings can be a bit hit and miss at times so, hopefully this should be a winner, if your photo is anything to go by! Going shopping today so will add dessert rice to the list.

Let me know how you go...there are lots of proper recipes but I just cook this on it's own and jazz it up a bit rather than use syns or healthy extras x
