I went for a more savoury option this morning with a small banana and a slice of melon for dessert
My day is going to be an EE day
X4 (I only had x4 left but you can have x6 for a HEB) wholegrain ryvita crispbreads
X1 laughing cow light cheese triangle (part of a HEA choice)
1x salad tomatoe
Lots of aldi slices of chicken roll
A splash of milk in my coffee (part of HEA choice)
I had a bowl of Cookie Crisp cereal (4.5) and milk (A) at 8am, and I'm just tucking into some fruit for SuperFree - pineapple, apple, orange, strawberries and grapes. Yum!
