just had a big breakfast of 2 rashers of bacon(fat cut off) 1 egg (fried in frylight) baked beans, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes (cooked with water, frylight and pepper) i slice of grannary bread with light phili on.......
Today Im having Quorn Sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, beans and mushrooms. I also had a banana and apple.
Beats my usual 2 weetabix warmed up with banana and strawberries.
Today was strawberries, grapes and cherries topped with a toffee WW yoghurt that I popped in the freezer last night and forgot about and some Walden Farms chocolate syrup. Delicious!
