my breakfasts are usually the same - blueberries, raspberries and Onken fat free vanilla yogurt.
But at the weekend I try to do something different - for example yesterday I had 2 Kallo wholegrain sesame rice cakes (28 cals each) with 40g edam cheese on top (123 cals) and it was suprisingly tasty. Good to have a savoury breakfast for a change!
