Going to make some type of curry sauce with tomatoes, onions & spices etc then add quorn pieces, red lentils, yellow split peas, chickpeas & garden peas then serving with savoury rice (1/2 packet) & saag aloo

today was Monday faithful - jacket spud, baked beans & 2x l/cows with a big salad, and a small (tiny) bowl of fruit salad

Had a ham & turkey salad and a bread roll filled with laughing cow light, followed by Greek yogurt & honey.

I mixed brocolli & cauliflower with quark & 2 x hexa cheese (on a green day) added some seasoning & had this with salad tomatoes, yummy

Just had a batchelors chinese flavour rice with spring onion, green pepper, green chilli, onion and left over Maggi paprika chicken all mixed together. It was de-lish!

I've just had a HM syn free cheese burger with a 57g wholemeal roll and tomatoes, followed by an apple.

Not had a burger for ages, so really enjoyed it!
