Today was a small bowl of cauliflower soup, then smoked salmon, hard boiled egg and ff cottage cheese salad

Throw together chicken pasta salad (cucumber, tomatoes, celery, red pepper, beetroot, pickled onions) with a few sprays of balsamic salad light

going to buy some veg from the shop on the way back from school run and make a nice big pot of veg soup.. defo soup weather here .. miserable and grey.. will have it with crackerbreads to dip in!!

Chicken and veg soup and a cayenne pepper omelette with rocket salad xx

peppers, onion,courgette,baby tomato actifried with prawns, chilli, coriander and soysauce.
took 15 mins to make and was soooooo yummy

Didn't bother today, had a late breakfast, and will probably have an earlyish dinner - leave me time for a tasty supper ;-)

I had a dull but cheap chicken noodle mugshot with green salad and a couple of satsumas.

The last of my courgette & broccoli soup, 2 slices bread 1hex b with laughing cow light triangles 1hea, tomato & cucumber.

I'm going to have some speed soup that I have literally tons of in the fridge and freezer currently but also going to make the syn free chicken liver pate shortly and have that on some scan bran
