poached egg and cheesy beans on toast (HEA & HEB), followed by a large fruit salad of pineapple, galia & cantaloupe melon, strawberries, grapes and redcurrants with ff greek yoghurt..... trying to up my speed / superspeed foods this week
having a red day - and having whatever is suitable from the canteen at work... as always salad with something... today sliced beef ( and a tin of sardines from my emergency drawer)
No idea what day I'm having yet, could be red or EE at this point. I had Carrot & coriander soup- I are impressed with my amazing soup cooking skills! LOL.
