Just had the slimming world bacon leek and sweek potato quiche for lunch with salad I would recomment it very nice I didn't put the cheese on top so it is syn free I think!

Chicken salad with a grated cheese and apple. I love grated apple in a salad lol the best bit is that it's all leftovers from yesterday so I have to do is grate my apple into the bowl!

Chicken pasta bake-cooked chicken, onions and tinned toms, pasta and baked with hex a of cheese on it. Ideally served with salad to up superfree but I've run out and can't get out till later-so hoping toms and onion helps and I'm eating lots of fruit snacks!
