Courgettes and onions fried with some garlic, thyme, salt and pepper, then mixed into cooked bulghar wheat with parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice. It's an adaptation of Hugh Fearnel Whittingstall's Quinoa with Courgettes and Onions recipe
Couscous with leftover turkey Jalfrezi, which MrL cooked last night for dinner, and was so terrible that he couldn't eat it himself. Poor lamb *really* needs to learn to cook.
I've got batchelors golden savoury rice cold with - added left over chilli chicken chunks from bbq last night and I also added cucumber, sweetcorn, tomatoes and some sliced boiled egg. Will stink the office out a bit but hey ;o)
