Just had two slices of bacon, with two frylite eggs and hot-n-spicy beans. I had an apple beforehand, because I'm not a fan of shrooms or toms.

Was out n about so braved the pie shop which everyone raves about .......i had a cheese salad buttie on brown bread ended up chucking it as lettuce all brown n it had some of the plastic wrapping still attached.....shocking!!!

Do you know if there's any syns in the chicken? I'm not able to find out on the SW website if there are any syns in rotisserie chicken from any super market.
