I had chicken breast, lettuce, pickles, 2 table spoon of reduced fat houmous (3syns) with 1/2 table spoon of low fat salad cream (1/2 syn) and a Chicken noodle mug shot!
Doing EE day.
Was gorgeous and soooo filling.
Im too full to eat my pineapple and muller light yoghurt....guess ill have that a little later
