I had a load of frozen stirfry mix and sliced mushrooms stir fried in frylight and some thai chilli supernoodles. Was lush!

One of those microwaveable fillets of salmon from asda. It comes with a knob of butter so I'm calling it 4 syns. Having it with leftover veggies from dinner last night. They do a smoked haddock one that's lovely too.

Small bread bun with loads of iceburg lettuce, sweetcorn, sliced chicken, chopped up boiled egg and very low syn mayo (half a syn for a tsp). Fruit for afters!
