Where do you get the chickpea Dahl from? Is it free? It sounds lovely x

It's tinned from Asda or Morrisons is free, but be careful as some of the others are very high in syns, I think the sainsburys one is over 10 syns. The asda one is cheaper then the morrisons one as well, asda is about 77p I think but morrisons over £1

going to make houmous today and have it with some ryvita and some pickled on the side. Wish I had more to dip it in but I don't, ahh well.

Banana and a chopped ham&egg salad. Sat by a lake eating it with my dog and enjoying a bit of winter sun when some eeeejit let their dog leap over the bench like a lunatic too get to my dog and not only scared my pup to death but dumped my lovely salad on the grass with the duck poo. I went home hungry it was a nice banana though!!

Had a bit of a mad day so ended up just having a plum and 2 bites of my daughter cheese mayo sandwich so no idea how many syns there were in it!
