Oh laura it was!! Feels great eating something that I really enjoyed and knowing that it is sw friendly it was baked bacon and eggs (coiled a rasher of bacon in a muffin tin then baked it for about 5 mins, then sprinkled some chilli flakes on and cracked an egg in each one. Then sprinkled some mixed herbs on the top and baked for 15 mins. Was lovely!!!!! Jacket was the frozen ones (1 syn but so worth it!)

Noooo! Sadly it's about 28 syns! But I have waited a whole month to have this. I will try and make it at home and reduce the syns. But it was lush!
