Having an odd food day today, craving tinned tomatoes for some reason!
So I've got lots of leftover roast veg from last night mixed in with some tinned toms, black pepper, rosemary and chilli powder Very healthy today!
I made a plain sw quiche served with 142g of beans and a rocket and watercress salad. Trying a red week for a laugh! Oh yikes just realised is ff cottage cheese ok on red?? :\
jacket potato, baked beans, 3x l/cow light (part HEA), large salad of lettuce, mixed leaves, tomatoes, carrots, cucumber and rice salad (rice, tinned peas, sweetcorn, carrot) followed by a small melon selection
