today i've planned baked potato topped with cheese and beans with salad x

I made a spicy sardine dip using tinned sardines, fat-free yoghurt, lemon juice, black pepper, and sriracha chilli sauce (0.5 syn per tbsp). I had it with a plate full of carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, and sugarsnap peas.
