whats for lunch

Fiesta chicken (ate the chicken then pureed the rest - I hate BNS don't know why I keep cooking the ruddy stuff!!) & 5 scan bran (they weren't THAT bad!?!) and I'm now stuffed :)

It's a heb on green. there are extra cheese choices on there that aren't hea choices. Just seen response from prawnchopsuey which explains it much better! X

Hello Funky Monkey, Philidelphia does not have enough calcium to count as a HexA like most other cheeses do. It is however a source of protein so you can choose it as a HexB on a Green day only. 57g of Philidelphia light = 1 HexB. You can have 71g I think of the extra light :)

Glad to hear the egg and gammon loaf is tasty, as I'll be making that for tomorrow's lunch :) Today I had salad with lean ham and beef, with some gherkins. Also, plums. Yum!
 
lunch today was...
2 Fibre plus bars ( one as syns ), a nectarine, a can of chick pea dahl ( don't like it.. ) and a banana..
I needed the 2 fibre plus bars since I'd walked 6 miles since breakfast and burnt off close to 1000 calories and was feeling a little woozy from the blood sugar drop.. ..
 
Bit naughty today! Went to Brighton and stopped at a restaurant called Donatells in the lanes. Had preawn cocktail and spag bol! But according to my pedometer I have walked 16,877 steps!!!!!
 
Hubby is cooking and we have his mum coming for dinner, she is also on sw. We are having roast beef, new potatoes, yorkshire puddings (2 syns each) mixed vegetables and gravy (1 syn). For dessert we are having baked chocolate cheesecake (6 1/2 syns) with berries and low fat creme fraiche (1/2 syn).
