A jacket potato done in the oven, filled with a bolognese sauce (quorn mince, onion, mushroom, red pepper, a stock cube & a bit of tomato paste) with a side salad. It was scrummy

BBQ pork, wedges and a salad. The BBQ was frozen from last time I made it so just nuked and poured over my pork steaks gotta go easy on the cayenne next time!! My wedges were HOT

FINALLY got around to spending my voucher for the local butchers that I won't in our group raffle back in feb! had £14.50 to spend and added £6 to it and got a great haul! a massive sirloin steak (tonight dinner with sw chips) 2x bbq pack of rib eye steaks (3 steaks in each pack!) and a pack of 6 skinless boneless chicken thighs
