1. Boil a pot of water for noodles. Finely dice the garlic, red chilli and ginger. Finely zest a 1/4 tsp of the orange zest and squeeze out half of its juice.
2. Slice beef as finely as possible. Coat the beef strips in half the cornflour and a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Spray pan with frylight , when hot , stir fry the beef for 2 minutes and then keep it to one side.
4. Cook the noodles in the boiling water with 1/2 tspn salt. Drain and put back in pan with cold water for later.
5.Mix together the orange juice, soya sauce, remaining cornflour, orange zest and the muscovado sugar thoroughly in a small bowl or cup.
6. Spray some more frylight in the pan you cooked beef in . Cook the garlic, ginger and chilli and then add the mangetout.
7. Give the soya sauce mixture a stir. Add the beef strips to the pan followed by the soya sauce mixture and then the noodles. Toss everything together for a couple of minutes.
8. To serve just squeeze on a couple tspns of lime juice and scatter on the sesame seeds.
Will update later when I have made it
