Hollys nan - I dont do green days so ive not really looked at the syns etc I do EE. I made lasagne and used Quark and 0% ff yogurt mixed together as my sauce

Although Im on a green day so changed my chicken for chickpeas and quorn.
3 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick (i only had alspice so added 2tsp instead)
1tsp cardamom seeds
1/4 tsp crushed cloves
2tsp cumin seeds (i didn't have any so didn't put in)
1 onion finely chopped
1tbsp ground coriander
1 tbsp cumin
2tsp curry powder
3tsp fresh ginger (i used very lazy)
3tsp crushed fresh garlic
1 can tomatoes
200ml chicken stock (i used Veg)
Salt and pepper
5 tbsp from frais (i used 1 pot muller coconut Greek style yogurt)
Spray a large frying pan with frylight add all spices and onion for 5 mins over a high heat. Add ginger, garlic and tomatoes and stirfry for another 5 mins put your chicken, reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 mins stirring occasionally. Remote from heat and add your from frais or yogurt
Hope you enjoy it as much as i did. Even my 1 year old loved it x
