ive got salmon in lemon and herb sauce and frozen veg for dinner in work then after gym class tonight ill be having a big bowl of cabbage with loads of pepper yum!

Having chicken roast dinner tonight. AFTER my WI lol.

For dips I've made tzatziki which is total 0% yoghurt, garlic, cucumber and mint. Leave in the fridge for a couple of hours and its yummy with celery sticks or carrot batons.....still miss being able to use pitta tho :-(
