The wraps are 6 syns , so I just added tomato purée, onion, peppers, ham, cheese, spinach and mushrooms

I have made these before they are lush. The warburtons brown squarish wraps are 8.5 syns and the white ones are 8 ive just checked on the SW site hun

Had slow cooked lamb stew bloomin lovely followed by a ww yogurt
