Chicken korma with Muller Vanilla FF Greek Yoghurt (0.5 Syn) mixed through, served with boiled rice, followed by fresh fruit salad.

I had spaghetti bolognase made with low fat dolmio bolognase sauce.

It's the only "proper" dinner my 3 year old daughter will eat so we have to have it at least once a week!!!!
