It's the mushy pea curry which I've made loads but only recently decided to try blending the pea's, beans and tomatoes.... works so well.

So just tin of mushy pea's, tin of toms and tin of beans blended. Fry off veg and any meat your adding, add the blended pea mixture, then add curry powder or separate spices, boil until ready

I'm having a twist on chicken stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon. Instead, I'm stuffing it with cheese, red peppers and jalapenos, and then wrapping in chorizo slices :drool: Served with carrot "chips" and salad. Can't wait!

Made a huge pot of veg soup today but for dinner were having roast lamb with combination or regular potatoes and sweet, butternut squash, carrots, parsnips, runner beans and courgettes and syn'd gravy and possibly a Yorkshire pudding yumm
